Hamilton Resolutions was founded by Sarah Hamilton in 2024. Sarah returned home from Perth, WA to Woolgoolga earlier this year after almost 25 years working across construction, resources and infrastructure projects around the country with global companies where she worked as the Human Resources and Industrial Relations Manager. On return to Woopi, Sarah realised that her experience can also benefit local industry and the local community.
Hamilton Resolutions helps business owners and employees work through the workplace issues that keep them up at night. Conflict that’s gone past a conversation but hasn’t yet reached a lawyer’s desk. Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations questions with no easy answer. Workplace Health and Safety challenges and auditing. Disputes that need someone who’s sat on both sides of the table to help sort them out.
Locally, we can be found at Studio Six on Market Street. In addition to providing Sarah a suitable space to continue working in her passion, we also have our new coworking and studio hire space — offering desk hire for locals or visitors who want a proper place to work, and studio hire for businesses needing a space for meetings, workshops or client conversations that deserve some privacy. There aren’t many places like it on the Coffs Coast, and we’re proud to be building it right here in Woopi.
Sarah is passionate about supporting both employees and employers. As a nationally accredited mediator and conciliator, Sarah is skilled at assisting parties resolve difficult matters. Sarah holds an accredited Lead Auditor qualification to Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 19011:2 with SAI Global Assurance.
