Solitary Rise

At Solitary Rise, we have created a contemporary movement studio in Woolgoolga where strength, presence, and mindful practice come together through Reformer Pilates and yoga.

Our Reformer Pilates classes are dynamic, group-based sessions that build full-body strength, stability, and control using spring resistance equipment. Designed to challenge and support, these classes enhance posture, control, and functional movement. Alongside this, our yoga offerings include mindful flow and yin practices designed to restore balance, improve flexibility, and support recovery.

We focus on movement that is intentional and effective, helping clients develop physical strength, body awareness, and a deeper connection to how they move and feel.

Solitary Rise offers a considered, supportive space where every individual is encouraged to move with purpose, breathe with awareness, and progress at their own pace.
