The Woolgoolga Wellness Expo 2026 is a community-focused health and wellbeing event designed to connect locals with a wide range of health services, wellness practitioners, and sporting organisations.
Held at the Wiigulga Sports Centre Saturday 11th (9:00 am – 12:00 pm), the Expo will deliver an engaging and interactive experience for people of all ages.

The EXPO will feature exhibitor stalls, live demonstrations, and a rotating program of 30-minute demonstrations and talks including yoga, Pilates, breathwork, fitness sessions, and sporting skill development. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with local providers across physiotherapy, mental health, nutrition, fitness, and holistic wellness.
Targeting families, seniors, youth, schools, and the broader community, the Expo aims to promote preventative health, encourage active lifestyles, and strengthen community connection.
