The Woolgoolga Wellness Expo is a fun, interactive and community-focused event designed to bring people of all ages together to explore health, movement, sport and wellbeing in a welcoming and engaging environment.
Held during the school holidays at the Wiigulga Sports Complex, the Expo will connect local families, sporting clubs, health professionals, wellbeing providers and community organisations for a morning full of activities, education, demonstrations and connection.
This is more than just an expo — it’s an opportunity to try something new, meet local providers, discover community services and explore ways to support a healthier and more active lifestyle.
Throughout the event, attendees will be able to:
- Meet and chat with local health and wellbeing providers
- Explore local sporting clubs and community organisations
- Participate in live demonstrations, workshops and movement sessions
- Learn more about injury prevention, recovery, performance and wellbeing
- Experience new 3D shoe printing technology and innovation in footwear and performance
- Discover activities and services available for all ages and abilities

As part of the Expo and Wellness Week activities, Star Athletics will also be hosting the Woolgoolga Wellness Week Sports Camp ~ a full-day school holiday sports camp focused on movement, connection and fun.
The Sports Camp gives young people the opportunity to try a variety of sports including AFL, soccer, basketball, volleyball, touch football and cricket, while learning from passionate local coaches and mentors in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Open to all ability levels, the camp is designed to:
- Build confidence and develop new sporting skills
- Encourage teamwork, communication and social connection
- Help kids stay active while learning about health and wellbeing
- Introduce families to local sporting clubs and community opportunities
- Create positive experiences and lifelong connections through sport
More than just a sports camp, the event supports resilience, confidence and community connection while encouraging kids to discover new activities they may wish to continue beyond the holidays.
